About these terms
The website www.thebotshop.ai (the "site") is operated by The Bot Shop ("we," "us" or "our"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What the site is for
The site gives general information about The Bot Shop and our AI consulting services for small business owners. It is not an offer, a quote or professional, legal, tax or financial advice.
No pricing on the site
The site does not list prices. Every client's needs are different, so the scope, timeline and cost of any work are agreed with you after a consult. Any examples on the site, such as sample tasks or timelines, are examples only and are not promises of specific results.
Working with us
Requesting an appointment does not create a client relationship or commit either of us to anything. Any services we provide are covered by a separate written agreement. If that agreement and these terms ever conflict, the written agreement wins.
Your accounts and third party tools
When we help you set up AI tools, the subscriptions and accounts are in your name, and you stay in control of them. Those tools are made by other companies and are covered by their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for your own accounts and for any fees those companies charge you. We are not responsible for how third party tools work or for changes their makers make.
Using the site
Please use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not try to break, overload or get unauthorized access to the site, or copy its content to pass it off as your own.
Our content and names
The text, design and graphics on the site, and The Bot Shop name and logo, belong to The Bot Shop. You may view and share pages from the site for your own personal or business use, but you may not copy or reuse our content or names for other purposes without our written permission. Other product and company names mentioned on the site belong to their owners.
