The Bot Shop gives small business owners a clear path to bring AI agents into their business, so the team they already have can do more. More time on the work that matters, less busywork. Here is how it works, from the first call through setup and the support that follows. We work with owners and teams across Arizona. Meetings are by phone or video.
What happens on the first call?
The first call is a free 30 minute walkthrough. You tell us how the business runs and name two or three jobs that eat your team's week. We listen, ask plain questions, and leave you with a simple plan for where an AI agent could help first.
Pricing is scoped on that first conversation, before anything starts. We also give you a realistic timeline then. You do not need to be good with computers. Before we talk, jot down two or three jobs that eat your team's week. That is all the prep you need.
How do we set up the AI agents?
After you say yes, we plan how AI fits your business, then set up the AI agents together with your team. We teach them your services, your prices, and how you talk to customers. You can send a price list, old emails, or just talk it through.
You open your own accounts and subscriptions. They stay in your name, not ours. You set what the AI agent may send on its own and what waits for an OK. We test it with you on real examples before it helps a customer. This is not a chat box stuck on the website. It is help for email, booking and follow ups, set up around how you already work.
How does my team learn it?
Your front desk, office manager or crew lead learns it in the flow of real work, not in a long class. They see drafts, sort what matters, and give the OK before anything goes out. We walk through it in plain words and stay close while everyone gets comfortable. Nothing technical to learn.
Your people still do the work customers hired you for. The AI agent takes repeat tasks so the team you already have can spend more of the day on customers and the work they are good at.
What happens after it goes live?
We do not get you started and disappear. We support you during and after launch. We check in, fix what is off, and add more help when you are ready. You can change the limits any time. Your team stays in charge.
You own every account. The AI agent only gets into what you say yes to. You can see what it did, so nothing happens behind your back.
